PALS Health and Wellness Workshop

The PALS group of classrooms had their Health and Fitness Workshop on Friday, January 22.

Students in the Multiage PALs Program at Stoner Prairie participated in their monthly workshop this morning. A workshop is held each month to explore a topic and learn more about ideas to extend into their lives. This morning’s workshop focused on health and wellness. Students had an opportunity to work with a karate instructor, to practice mindfulness, move through a circuit of different exercises, learn some Mexican dances, do yoga, and play games that encouraged critical thinking and strategy.
